What happens when the premier drummer for an oldies band gets married and has four kids? Well the first part of the answer is simple...the drums get put away
and the musician inside has to retire. But then one day his youngest son Sean finds an old guitar in a closet. Countless hours of
frustration later he started playing pretty well. So well in fact that he caught the attention of his older brother Kevin. So they sat together night after night strumming that six string until something that sounded
like music filled the room.

"Whiskey Limerick is a local five-piece band with roots in Pittsburgh, PA that applies a modern spin to traditional Irish music as well as their own original songs. The acoustical style performance and high energy stage presence keep your feet stomping and hands clapping as they bring you the sounds of Ireland with an American twist. They make even the largest venues seem like a kitchen party so leave your worries at the door and come prepared for a night of Irish indulgence with Whiskey Limerick."

Then the oldest son Brian grabbed a bodhran and kept the beats for his brothers...until he realized his passion was the fiddle! So
he traded his drum for a bow. A few pints later, the little sister...never to be left out...shows up to jam with her brothers
with her bass guitar. "When did Lauren learn the bass?" we wondered. So the four siblings with Irish in their blood and music as a passion played to the basement walls
and pub goers alike and soon realized...this was a lot of fun!

So to answer the second part of the question..."what happens when the premier drummer for an oldies band gets married and has four kids?"...he packs up his drums, raises his kids,
then unpacks them again at the request of his children because lets be honest...we had no idea what we were doing!
